World's Biggest Meatball!

Hey LAtSA Food readers! Have you ever had a super-sized meal? How about a super-sized meatball? If you love overly-sized foods, then you might want to check out this article on the world largest meatball http://www.slashfood.com/2010/03/16/the-worlds-largest-meatball/. The world record was broken by a restaurant in New Hampshire, who cooked this humongous meatball for 32 hours. By the time they took it out of oven, it weighed 327 pounds! The meatball’s center wasn’t cooked at 160 degrees all the way to the center, so its Guinness World Records title is in danger. But that doesn’t change the fact that I wish I was one of the 400 people that got to try part of it. I wouldn’t recommend this article for vegetarians, but if you love meat in the shape of a ball, you should definitely check it out. Prepare to have you’re definition of huge altered!
